摘要
对比普通激光加工,超短脉冲和短波长对各种材料的优势作用日趋显现。超短脉冲和短波长的研发以及在激光加工中的试应用,为高品质的精细加工带来了希望。本文主要对激光在精细加工方面的应用进行阐述。
In comparison with ordinary laser processing, the advantages of ultrashort pulse and short wave to all kinds of materials are presented. Along with the development and applications of the ultrashort pulse and short wave to laser fabrication, a bright future has been brought to hight quality micro fabrication.
