摘要
树立社会主义荣辱观是新的历史条件下思想道德建设的重要内容,高校工会具有精神文化建设的优势和特色,通过加强教师队伍的师德建设,构建良好的校园精神文化和加强相关的理论研究,在教职工中逐步树立社会主义荣辱观,营造良好的校园精神文化,从而带动整个社会道德意识和道德水平的提升。
To build up socialist honors and disgraces viewpoint is an important content of ideological and moral work under new conditions. Trade unions in colleges and universities have advantages and characteristics of building up spirit and culture. We should build up good campus culture and strengthen related theoretical research through enhancing teachers ＇morality and buiding up socialist honors and disgraces viewpoint in teaching staff in order to drive the advancement of social moral consciousness.
