摘要
本文从墨西哥的反倾销管理体制出发,分析了墨西哥反倾销政策的主要内容,进而考察了墨西哥反倾销政策及其实践的特点及原因。
This paper begins with the examination of Mexico＇s antidumping institutional systems, and then makes an analysis of the main ingredients of Mexico＇s antidumping policy. Correspondingly, the characteristics of Mexico＇s antidumping policy and its practice and the relevant causes for them are revealed in details.
