摘要
采用检测抗氧化酶活性和过氧化脂质含量的方法测定了甲状腺素(T4)对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)以Cu2+氧化修饰后的影响。结果表明预加T4的LDL组其SOD和GSH-Px活性都比氧化组明显升高,LPO含量却明显下降,上述结果均有极显著差异性。这可以说明重度粘肿型地方性克汀病患者因极度缺碘而致甲状腺素缺乏,后者不仅促使抗氧化酶活性明显下降并致LPO大量生成,这一结果可能是该病的重要病因和发病机理之一。上述疾病也常继发严重动脉粥样硬化。
The effects of thyroxin on the oxidation of low density lipoprotein were observed by determination of antioxidizing enzyme activities and LPO production. The results showed that compared with the oxidized control group ,the antioxidizing enzyme acticities in T 4 group increased markedly ,but LPO content decreased obviously.This results indicated that T 4 possessed direct antioxidizing effect and inhibited the production of LPO ,which might be one important cause and pathogenesis of goiter and cretinism due to the free radical destruction in thyroid tissues s well s in atherogensis.
