摘要
根据理论力学平行力系中心的理论推导,得到冲模压力中心坐标的计算公式。充分利用AtuoCAD软件的图形信息查询、面域造型、面域的布尔运算等功能,在设计凸模的零件图的过程中,快速求解模具的压力中心。普通凸模由简单几何图形叠加而成,建立若干个面域后进行并集计算;凸凹模由简单几何图形切割而成,建立若干个面域后进行面域的差运算;多凸模则可以先求出各凸模的中心,再以各中心为图形计算模具的中心。
According to the center of parallel force system in theoretical mechanics, the formula to calculate the coordinates of the pressing die center is got. Making use of the functions of AutoCAD software, such as the graph information index, region shape, boolean operation of region are the rapid solution to determine the pressing die center in the process of designing the spare parts diagram of the male die. The common male die is folded by several brief graphs, and sets up some regions to calculate together. The feature die is cutted by several brief graphs, and sets up some regions to operation of difference. Multi - male die can detemline by solve each center of the male die firstly, and then take each center as the center of the die to calculate.
