三点弯曲试样裂纹撕裂扩展的研究

摘要 采用三点弯曲试样,根据撕裂模量理论对裂纹撕裂扩展的稳定性进行了理论及试验研究,得出了适用于对三点弯曲试样施加撕裂模量 T_(app)的计算,该式涉及材料硬化参数、系统柔度及试样几何尺寸等诸方面因素;通过调整系统柔度得到了明显的裂纹稳定扩展和撕裂失稳扩展两种现象,实验结果与撕裂模量理论分析结果相符。 Based on the tearing modulus theory, an investigation was made theoratic-ally and experimentally to the stability of crack tearing propagation in a three-point bending (TPB) specimen. A formula for calculating the applied tearingmodulus (Tapp) is thus derived involving such factors as parameters of mat-erial hardening, loading system compliance and specimen's geometry, etc. Thr-ough adjusting properly the system compliance,two phenomena, i.e. the stablecrack propagation and unstable tear propagation, were obviously observed, andthe experimental results are proved in conformity with the tearing modulustheory.
