摘要
社会发展对医院管理者提出了更高的要求,哲学思维的培养也愈发重要。本文简述了培养哲学思维的必要性和需要着重培养的六种哲学思维。
With the development of social and economic, hospital administrator was required be more human based management. Philosophy view in hospital management was more and more important. The article discussed the necessity of philosophy in hospital management and 6 kinds of philosophy views were presented.
