枇杷不同器官及不同品种SOD活性差异研究 被引量:1

摘要 本试验采用邻苯三酚自氧化法对枇杷3个主栽品种及不同器官的SOD活性差异进行研究。结果表明,枇杷各器官皆含SOD,鲜果肉SOD活性最高(165.00 U/g.FW以上),根的SOD活性最低(小于65.00 U/g.FW);同一品种不同植株之间一般差异不大;不同品种之间,有些器官SOD活性有显著差异。 The activities of SOD were measured by the auto - oxidatiin pyrogaUol among different organs and 3 main cuhivars in loquat ( Eriobotrya japonica L. ). The results showed that SOD existed in all the organs of loquat, and the activity of SOD was the highest (above 165.00 U/g. FW) in fresh pulp and the lowest ( below 65.00 U/g. FW) in root among all the organs of the plant. The difference of the activities of SOD among different plants in the same cuhivars was not significant; the difference of the activities of SOD of the different cuhivars was remarkable in some organs.
