摘要
论述了电子期刊的特点、发展状况,分析了电子期刊利用存在的主要问题,提出了开展医学图书馆电子期刊服务的几个主要环节。
This paper expounds the features and developing situation of electronic periodicals, analyzes on the main problems existing in the utilization of electronic periodicals, and advances several main links of developing the electronic periodical service in medical library.
