正温度系数热敏电阻器用高纯碳酸锶的研制

摘要 介绍了以硝酸锶和碳酸氢铵为原料,研制生产高纯碳酸锶的工艺过程。试验用重结晶与硫酸铵结合除钡,用氨水分离其他杂质离子,同时严格控制化合温度、加料速度等反应条件,经过滤、洗涤、烘干、煅烧得高纯碳酸锶产品。该产品经权威部门检测,碳酸锶质量分数≥99.5%,d50≤1.5μm,粒径分布均匀一致,其物理化学指标均达到日本TDK碳酸锶水平。中国有关生产厂家用该产品替代日本TDK产品,生产的正温度系数热敏电阻器性能稳定,效果良好。 The process,using strontium nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate as raw materials to develop and produce high purity strontium carbonate is introduced. The experiments adopt the recrystallization and ammonium sulfate to remove the barium, use ammonia to remove other impurities and strictly control reactive conditions such as reactive temperature and feeding speed etc. Finally, the high purity strontium carbonate product is prepared through filtering, washing, drying and calcining. The product has been authorized by relevant department whose mass fraction is not less than 99.5% and d50 ≤ 1.5 μm. Its particle size distribution is homogeneous and its physical and chemical index reach the level of Japanese TDK Company. The domestic relative manufacturers use this product to replace the product of TDK to produce posistor. The produced posistor's performance is stable and the effect is good.
