摘要
因特网正在迅速的渗透到社会生活的每一个角落。网络的出现正在全面改变人类生产方式、生活方式、交往方式、思维方式、以及价值观念。大学生正尽情享受高科技所带来的前所未有的便利和快乐。与此同时,网络的负面效应也不断暴露出来,大学生作为网络使用的先锋和主题,网络心理健康问题也逐渐凸现出来,成为教育工作者关心的重点问题。而体育锻炼,是一种被实验和理论证明了的促进心理健康的有效手段。从理论角度出发,阐述体育锻炼对大学生网络心理健康的影响,为大学生的网络心理健康建设提供新思路。
Intemet has been permeating every aspects of social life. The network has changed the mode of production, living, communication, thinking, and values of human being in all round way. It enables the college students to enjoy the unprecedented convenience and happiness brought by the modem technology. However, the negative impacts from the cyber world have also turned up. As the pioneer and the main part of the Internet users, the problems of college students' cyber mental health have gradually been exposed. This is also the important problems to which educationists pay much attention. Physical exercises, as an effective meam to promote mental health, have been tested by experiments and theory. This article analyses the influences of the physical exercises on cyber mental health of college students from theoretical view, and suggests a technical method about how to keep fit psychologically.
