摘要
有源功率因数校正(APFC)技术成为抑制谐波电流、提高功率因数的有效方法。研究了APFC的原理和方法,通过采用Boost型DC-DC变换器作为功率级,UC3854芯片控制脉冲宽度调制器(PWM)的占空比,并直接驱动MOSFET,使输入电流跟踪输入电压,使输入电流与输入电压接近同相位,以提高功率因数。根据设计目标要求对1.2kW400V平均电流控制的单相Boost型APFC电路的主电路及UC3854外围电路参数进行了设计和计算,使功率因数达到了0.9984,并在Orcad环境下进行仿真研究,取得了理想效果。
APFC(Active Power Factor Correction) is an effective way for harmonic suppression and power factor improvement. Its principle and method are studied. Boost DC-DC Converter is taken as power amplifier and UC 3854 is used to control the duty ratio of pulse width modulator and drive MOSFET directly. By tracking the input voltage,the phase of input current follows that of input voltage to improve the power factor. The parameters of the primary circuit and UC 3854 peripheral circuit for a 1.2 kW 400 V Boost APFC circuit controlled with average current mode are designed and calculated,as well as simulated with Orcad,with oower factor reaching 0.9984.
