手性Salen Co(Ⅱ)催化剂催化环氧氯丙烷的最佳水解动力学条件研究

摘要 实验以手性Salen Co(Ⅱ)为催化剂,对外消旋的环氧氯丙烷进行水解动力学拆分。实验选用正交试验的设计方法,选取了4个因素,3个水平,进行了9次正交实验。对实验结果(水解产物(S)-环氧氯丙烷的旋光性)进行极差分析处理,研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量,蒸馏水用量等反应条件对拆分效果的影响及影响的大小,并优化出环氧氯丙烷水解动力学拆分反应的最佳动力学条件。 In the HKR of epichlorehydrin with the Salen Co(Ⅱ)complex as catalyst, the influencing factors were studied by orthogonal experiment. After the data reduction, the best reaction temperature, the best reaction time, the best amount of catalyst and the amount of distilled water of the HKR of epichlorohydriu were determined.
