摘要
用电镜和酶组织化学技术探明了尼罗罗非鱼(Tilapianilotica)肾近曲小管细胞嗜酸性颗粒的结构实质、来源和存在意义。结果表明:光镜下鱼肾近曲小管细胞的嗜酸性颗粒是各种溶酶体,其中一些较大的颗粒,电镜下是体积较大的单界膜小体,属次级溶酶体。
The acidophilic granules in the proximal convoluted tubule of the kidney in Tilapia nilotica were studied by electron microscopy,enzyme histochemistry and enzyme cytochemistry.The findings showed that the acidophilic granules are various lysosomes in the epithelial cells of the proximal convoluted tubule, and that some larger acidophilic granules are the larger mono membrane bound bodies seen with the electron microscope, which were proved to be secondary lysosomes and mainly associated with the reabsorption of proteins and the other macromolecules.
