摘要
依据最新的相关机械行业标准,采用微机自控技术,研制了以工控机为主机的小容量交流接触器可靠性试验装置。该装置交直流兼容,能同时对多台接触器的多对触点(16台试品、64对触点)的电参数(触点电压、动作时间)进行监测,对接触器进行可靠性试验。结果表明,该装置有很高的自动化程度,功能完善,抗干扰能力强。
According to the newest interrelated standard of mechanical industry, we designed the reliability testing instrument for lower capacity AC contactors. It adopted computer and auto-control technology, be compatible with AC and DC samples. By means of it, we can monitor the electrical parameters （contact voltage and acting time） of sixteen contactors＇sixty-four contacts at the same time. Reliability testing for contactors can be done. It has better automatization level, function and anti-jamming capability.
