摘要 目的动态观察磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)在哮喘儿童急性期的变化水平。方法对急性期哮喘儿童(A组)28例、病毒性心肌炎(B组)30例,采用电泳法测定CK-MB。结果入院时哮喘急性期患儿和病毒性心肌炎患儿CK-MB均异常,分别是(34.51±9.12)u/L、(37.81±11.21)u/L;哮喘患儿的CK-MB恢复较病毒性心肌炎患儿快(P<0.01)。哮喘急性期CK-MB值明显增高的患儿在轻度组和中度以上组中所占百分率及两组中2周后CK-MB降至正常的患儿所占百分率差异均无显著性。结论部分急性期哮喘患儿CK-MB增高,但恢复较快。动态观察CK-MB,对保护急性期哮喘儿童的心功能有价值。 [Objective] To make a dynamic observation on the changes of isoenzyme of creatine phosphokinase (CK-MB) in acute onset of children asthma. [Methods] 28 cases of exacerbated asthma (group A) and 30 cases of myocarditis (group B) were detected for CK-MB by electrophoresis. [Results] CK-MB level was abnormal in both groups on hospitalization [(34.51±9.12) IU/L and (37.81±11.21) IU/L respectively]. It decreased faster in children with exacerbated asthma than in those with myocarditis (P 〈0.01). The percentage of the exacerbated asthma children with obviously higher CK-MB and the percentage of the cases with CK-MB descending to normality after two weeks were all not different in both light degree and middle degree groups. [Conclusion] CK-MB is abnormal in part of children with exacerbated asthma, but the recovery is fast. It is valuable to make a dynamic observation on CK-MB level for protecting cardiac function of the asthma children in the exacerbated period.
