摘要
本文首先介绍了高亮度注入器热阴极微波电子枪的发展情况和工作原理.然后对有关的物理及设计问题进行了讨论,给出部分模拟计算结果.并描述了实验研究的装置,给出了微波枪产生的电子束流强,能谱等实验结果,该结果达到了设计要求.最后,讨论了热阴极微波枪存在的问题及改进方向.
The principle and development of the thermionic cathode microwave electron gun us(?)d as the inj(?)or of a high brightness RF Iinac are introduced. The numerical computations of the beam curr(?)n(?), energy spread and cmittance are given. The set-up to test the gun is described and (?)ome experimental results are reported. Finally, the article concluded with a discussion of the existing problems and the possible improvements of its performance.
