摘要
近年来NiCuZn铁氧体材料在电子和通信领域的应用越来越广泛,对材料性能也提出了更高的要求。针对应用和市场需求,近年来我们对不同类型的NiCuZn铁氧体材料开展了系统研究。主要采用氧化物法研制了高磁导率NiCuZn铁氧体(NCN-H系列)、高Q值NiCuZn抗EMI材料(NCN-Q系列),采用Sol-Gel法制备了高磁导率纳米NiCuZn铁氧体材料。部分材料性能达到甚至超过了国外同类材料水平。本文概括介绍了所研制的这几类材料的性能。
In recent years, NiCuZn ferrite materials find more and more applications in electronic and conununications, for which higher requirements are called. To meet the requirements of applications and markets, we have investigated the different kinds of NiCuZn ferrite materials systematically, mainly including high permeability NCN-H series of NiCuZn ferrites, high Q value NCN-Q series of anti-EMI NiCuZn ferrite by oxide method and high permeability nanometer NiCuZn ferrites by sol-gel technique, with part of the technological parameters reaching or even exceeding the world advanced level. This paper summarizes the properties of the materials prepared.
