摘要
目的:通过检测大黄虫合剂对实验性免疫低下小鼠及正常小鼠脾脏T细胞亚群的影响,探讨该合剂对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:选取昆明种小鼠100只,雌雄各半,其中50只腹腔注射环磷酰胺1.6mg/0.2mL/只,每天给药1次,连续3天,造成免疫低下小鼠,然后随机分为模型组、中药对照组(六味地黄组)、西药对照组(卡介菌多糖组)、小剂量组、大剂量组;其余50只随机分为正常空白对照组(即生理盐水组)、中药对照组、西药对照组、小剂量组、大剂量组。上述各组连续用药3天后,处死小鼠摘取脾脏,用免疫组化的方法检测T细胞亚群含量。结果:大黄虫合剂能显著提高正常小鼠和免疫功能低下小鼠CD4+、CD8+的百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值(统计学处理P<0.05)。结论:大黄虫合剂可通过增强小鼠T淋巴细胞的免疫水平,有效地提高机体的免疫功能。
Objective ： To study the effect of Daihuang Zhechong Mixture on the change of T-lymphocyte subpopulation in hypoimmune and normal mice, to explore the immune regulating function of Daihuang Zhechong Mixture. Methods ：50 mice induced hypoimmunity by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide were randomly divided into five groups： model proup, Chinese medicine group which took Liuwei Dihuang pill, Western medicine group which took polysaccharide nucleic acid of BCG and two groups with different dosages of Daihuang Zhechong Mixture. The rest 50 mice were also diveded into the same 5 groups. The content of T-Lymphocyte subsets deected with immunohistochemiry. Results ： Daihuang Zhechong Mixture can significantly increase the percentage of CD4 ^＋ and the ratio of T-Lymphocyte subsets in spleen in normal and hypoimmunity mice. Conclusion ： Daihuang Zhechong Mixture can markedly increase the contents in mice T-Lymphocyte so as to Regulate the immune effecs.
