摘要
目的探讨临床路径在维持性血液透析病人健康教育中的作用。方法将106例血液透析病人随机分为对照组(55例)与试验组(51例),对照组采用传统健康教育方法,试验组按临床路径实施健康教育。结果试验组的患者健康教育达标率以及对护理工作满意度均高于对照组。结论应用临床路径实施健康教育能促进患者更好地掌握健康教育知识、提高病人满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pathways in health education of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods One hundred and six hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into observation group (n= 55) and contrast group(n= 51). The traditional health education was used in contrast group and clinical pathways were used in another. Results Contrast to the contrast group, the success rate of the patients' health education in observation group was higher, and the same was the patients' satisfaction of nursing care. Conclusion Patients can know the knowledge of health education more and the patients' satisfaction is better when health education of clinical pathways is used.
