分析了女性图书馆员的重要作用,存在的不足和职业发展障碍,并阐明了她们实现职业发展的条件与途径。
This article analyzes the important role of the female librarians, the existent shortcomings and some obstacles to the professional development and proposes the ways and the conditions for their professional development.
