A Study of Integrated Sensor for Measuring Pulse Current

摘要 在印制板的双面上均匀密布环状印刷线路,形成印制板式线圈,代替用导线绕制的传统罗氏线圈。在这种印刷线圈中,印制线路既充当传统罗氏线圈的小线匝的作用,还起着信号的耦合和传输作用。本文分析了双面板印刷线圈的构成方法、测量脉冲电流的工作机理、等效电路模型和线圈本身上升时间的计算方法。研究了印刷线圈的单面、双面和两个顺次串联线圈的自感系数、内阻、分布电容、阻抗特性和相频特性,并归纳了影响印刷线圈上述电气参数的重要因素。利用所制作的印制板式传感线圈测量脉冲功率源中的脉冲大电流。理论研究与实验表明,在不影响传感器带宽和动态特性的前提下,可以用环状印刷线路代替传统罗氏线圈的绕线;将印刷线圈顺次串联,能有效提高传感器的信噪比。 The printed wire is wound symmetrically along the printed circuit board and forms the integrated annular coil. The printed wire is adopted to represent the traditional winding leads for the Rogowski coil. The printed wire serves as signal coupling and transmission rather than the path for the induced current. Operation mechanism, equivalent circuit and the rise time computation expression of the integrated sensor coil are presented. Characteristic curves of the self-inductance, self-resistance, distributed capacitance, impedance-frequency and phase-frequency of the three types of printed board sensor coils (i.e., single surface, double-face, and two series printed coils) are analyzed. The prototype integrated sensor centered on the printed board technology is proposed to measure the discharging current of the pulse power source. Experimental results verify the truth of both the design principles and series of the same integrated coils that improve the signal/noise ratio of the printed sensor. The proposed integrated coil has good dynamic property. The printed coil technology can integrate the post process circuit unit with the detect coil together, which can reduce its dimensions and strengthen its capability to electromagnetic interference.
