摘要
目的:观察大耳白兔吸入全氟异丁烯(PFIB)后其动脉血血气、血常规、空腹血糖,以及血清中炎症标志物乳酸脱氢酶和碱性磷酸酶活力的变化规律,旨在发现对全氟异丁烯中毒早期诊断具有重要意义的诊断指标。方法:采用兔头部动态暴露装置,在PFIB 300 mg/m3条件下暴露20 min,经兔耳中央动脉连续采血进行分析。结果:在全氟异丁烯染毒前后,实验兔血常规、空腹血糖的变化不甚明显;在动脉血血气分析中仅发现雌性动物动脉氧分压在染毒后12和24 h出现轻微下降;雄性动物血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量在染毒后即刻显著性升高,其血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)含量在染毒后12 h显著性升高。结论:血常规、空腹血糖在PFIB中毒后无明显变化,动脉血血气的改变对于PFIB中毒早期诊断的意义不大,而血清中LDH和AKP的含量变化对PFIB中毒早期诊断具有一定的参考价值。
Objective: To find some diagnostic criteria for perfluoroisobutylene (PFIB) intoxication by observing the changes of blood gas, blood routine tests, fasting blood sugar and inflammatory marker in rabbits exposed to PFIB. Methods: Rabbits were exposed to gaseous PFIB (300 mg/m3) for 20 minutes in a flow-past head exposure system. The blood samples were collected serially from rabbit central ear artery. Results: No changes of the blood routine tests and fasting blood sugar were observed. The arterial oxygen pressure of female rabbits decreased slightly only at 12 h and 24 h after PFIB inhalation, and the concentrations of LDH and AKP in serum of male rabbits increased significantly after PFIB inhala- tion. Conclusion: The changes of blood gas, blood rountine tests and fasting blood sugar are not worthy for early diagnosis of PFIB-induced acute lung injury, while the changes of the activity of LDH and AKP in serum have some reference value for early diagnosis of induced acute lung injury.
