摘要
艾美尔属球虫是引起鸡和兔球虫病的主要病原。为了应对日趋严重的球虫对西药的耐药性问题,中草药抗球虫的研究越来越受到关注。本文从抗球虫中草药的特性、归类以及我国应用中草药防治鸡和兔球虫病的处方及效果等研究概况进行综述。同时,分析了我国在中草药抗球虫药物的研究中存在的中草药有效成分、抗球虫作用机理、毒性和残留、球虫对中草药的耐药性、抗球虫中草药的剂型及中草药制剂的质量保障体系建设等研究薄弱环节,并提出今后的研究发展方向。
Chicken and rabbit coccidiosis is caused by Eimeria species of coccidia. In order to solve stronger and stronger drug resistance of coccidia, more and more attentions were attracted in preventing and curing coccidiosis by using Chinese medicinal herbs. The characteristic and virtue of Chinese medicinal herbs, phannic categories of the Chinese medicinal herbs which were used to prevent and cure coccidiosis, as well as various Chinese medicinal herb prescriptions for preventing and curing chicken and rabbit coccidiosis and their effects were summarized in this article. There were a lot of problems hindered large-scale clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine in prevention and treatment of chicken and rabbit coccidiosis. This paper analyzed the effective components in Chinese herbal medicine, the action mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine to coccidia, the toxicity and remaining toxic components from Chinese herbal medicine in the animal body, the development of drug-resistance of coccidia to Chinese herbal medicine, the medicament forms and methods refining Chinese herbal medicine, and the construct of quality ensuring system of Chinese herbal medicine and expounded the investigative direction in the future. The developmental prospects of Chinese herbal medicine for preventing and curing chicken and rabbit coccidiosis would be good and bright.
