摘要
SolidWorks不仅建模功能强大,而且还有丰富的三维动画仿真能力,但在零件局部变形的动画设计方面略显不足。该文介绍了二种零件变形动画的设计方法:(1)利用SolidWorks的屏幕捕获功能与SolidWorks自带的"宏"功能巧妙结合,在屏幕捕获的同时连续地调用图形重建函数,每次屏幕图形重建时,又生成不同尺寸驱动下的图片帧,从而得到柔性变形效果的动画仿真。(2)利用生成路径功能的动画制作方法和装配体特征切除变形的功能,改变运动控制零件和被切除零件之间的位置,达到零件被切除变形的动画效果。
Equipped with the powerful modeling function and abundant three-dimensional animation emulation ability, however, SolidWorks is slightly inefficient in the aspect of partial part deformation animation design .Two design methods of part deformation animation are presented: 1. Combining the screen capture function of SolidWorks with its self-attached “ macro ” ingeniously to call the figure- rebuilding function continuously while the screen is captured. Each time the screen figure is rebuilt, frames are produced under the drive of different sizes in order to attain the animation emulation of flexible deformation. 2. Utilizing the function of the path producing to make animation and the function of assembling body characteristic to start the cut deformation, thereby to change the position between move controlling parts and cut parts .for the purpose of the removal deformation animation effect.
