摘要
在套管柱强度设计中,影响安全系数的因素很多。由于理论研究和技术条件的限制,我们对安全系数的选取还有一定的盲目性,为了解决此问题,介绍了可靠性理论及其在安全系数选取方面的应用。实践证明,采用可靠性理论确定套管柱强度设计的安全系数时,概念清晰、计算简单,结果可靠,具有一定的可操作性。同时可以降低对该地区其它井的安全系数值的依赖性,对于勘探井套管柱强度设计中安全系数值的合理选取具有指导意义。
There are too many random probable factors affecting the choice of safety factors in casing string design.Because of the limit of theory research and technology conditions,we can't give a correct safety factors.In order to solve this problem,in this paper,we introduce reliability design theory and the application.The method of determining correct safety factors based on reliability design theory is simple and the calculation result is result is reasonable.It can help us determine safety factors without the help of the other wells in the district,especially in prospecting well.
