摘要
《人到中年》、《废都》、《桃李》分别塑造了二十世纪八十年代初期、九十年代初期和二十一世纪初期的知识分子形象,主人公经历了由“圣人”到“凡人”再到“俗人”的过渡,分别代表着不同时期知识分子的价值取向。从这三部作品中,我们看到了新时期以来,知识分子从固守精神家园到失去精神家园的失落、惶惑,再到知识分子自身对精神家园完全弃守的过程。
In three novels as People at the Middle Age, Abandoned Cites, and Peach and Plum, different images of intellectuals in different ages are portrayed. The leading characters in these novels experienced the transformation from ＂saints＂ to ＂the ordinary＂, then finally ＂philistine＂, which represents the different value orientation of intellectuals in different ages. From the three novels, we can learn that the intellectuals＇ sense of losing resulting from sticking to their spiritual homeland but then losing it and finally giving up it.
