摘要
试航时,对于在2级海况以上测得的船速数据,必须进行波浪修正。针对柏林水池(VWS)提出的波浪修正办法,以某油轮为例,采用GUM测量不确定度分析方法,对考虑波浪影响的船速测量进行了不确定度分析。
In trial voyage, the ship speed data measured under upwards sea condition 2 should be made wave correction. This paper aimed at the wave correction method proposed by Berlin Basin( VWS), with the example of an oil tank and adopted GUM measure uncertainty analysis method to carry out uncertainty analysis on ship speed measure considering wave influence.
