基于灰色关联分析的区域农业循环经济发展评价——以南京市为例 被引量:44

摘要 构建了区域农业循环经济发展评价指标体系,并结合灰色关联分析方法建立了区域农业循环经济发展评价模型,对南京市1985年~2005年的农业循环经济发展水平进行了评价。结果表明,南京市农业循环经济发展的整体水平不高,具有阶段性,具体可以划分为:发展快速下滑阶段(1985年~1988年)、发展缓慢下滑阶段(1989年~1999年)和发展快速上升阶段(2000年~2005年)。根据各类指标灰色关联度数值结果的变化形式,可将其划分为2种类型:第1种类型,包括了农业经济发展和农业产出2个类指标,其关联度数值都呈快速增长态势;第2种类型,包括了资源减量投入、资源循环利用以及生态环境这3项类指标,它们历年灰色关联度数值变化均具有先减小再增大的特点。 This paper has constructed the evaluation indicator system for regional agricultural recycling economy, and established the evaluation model for agricultural recycling economy on basis of the method of gray relational analysis. An evaluation of the development of Nanjing City' s agricultural recycling economy from 1985 to 2005 is made. The results show that the holistic level of the development of Nanjing City' s agricultural recycling economy is not very high. The development could be divided into 3 stages. At the first stage ( 1985 ~ 1988), the level of the development of Nanjing City' s agricultural recycling economy declined quickly. At the second stage ( 1989 - 1999), it declined slowly. And at the last stage (2000 - 2005), Nanjing City' s agricultural recycling economy developed quickly. According to the gray relational degree result, the genus indicators could be divided into 2 kinds. The first kind includes two genus indicators - agricultural economy development and agricultural output;their gray relational degree increases fleetly; the second kind, includes three indictors - reducing devoted resources, recycling use of resources and ecological environment, their gray relational degree decreases at the beginning, and then increases quickly.
