猪场废水厌氧消化液的污染治理工程研究 被引量:18

摘要 厌氧消化技术在猪场废水的生物质能源开发与污染治理方面得到了广泛的应用,有效地抑制了猪场废弃物的一次污染。但许多规模养殖区的厌氧消化液产生了严重的二次污染,危害着经济社会的发展。介绍南昌大学系统工程研究所与江西省萍乡地区泰华猪场合作开发的生态能源试点项目工程,阐述泰华猪场废水厌氧消化液污染治理工程的工艺流程和运行效果。此工程将小流域内的猪场、农田、丘陵山地、小河流作为一个完整的生态经济系统,设计包括沼液三级沉淀净化、“猪-沼-粮”分流排灌系统、冬闲田开发、山旱地“猪-沼-菜”四个子工程的二次污染治理工程。这一系统工程的实施,确保了小流域内农民增收,粮食安全,冬闲田开发,种养循环经济发展。出水完全达到了《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》和《污水综合排放标准》的二级标准,实现了养殖污水的零排放。 Anaerobic digesting technology is widely applied in bio -energy development and pollution control of piggery wastewater, and has restrained the pollution of pig farm discharge efficiently. But the serious second time pollution was caused by the anaerobic digester effluent of piggery wastewater in many scale pig farms now, which is endangering the development of economic society. This paper expatiates a project of ex- perimental program developed by Institute of System Engineering of Nanchang University collaborating with Taihua Pig Farm, mainly concerning the technological flow of anaerobic digester effluent pollution treatment and its operating effect. Taking the pig farm, cropland, hilly country and stream in the small river watershed as an eco - economic system, a project to treat the pollution caused by the anaerobic digester effluent of piggery wastewater was designed, it includes four sub - projects, which were the three times deposition & decon- tamination project, the diffluent irrigation ' pig - biogas - paddy' project, the winter unused cropland development project and the hilly country' pig - biogas - vegetable' project. By implementing this systematic project, the farmers' income growth, safety of food supplies, winter unused cropland development, recycling economy of planting and breeding industry and environment cleaning were ensured in the small river watershed. The treated wastewater reaches the requirement regulated in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding, the series standards of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard Ⅱ. It has presented a new mode for post - treatment of anaerobic digester effluent.
