摘要
文中详述海相火山岩中熔结角砾凝灰岩的产出特征,指出其呈层状位于喷发韵律的底部,熔结强度在垂直方向上具分带性。岩石组构研究表明它与普通熔结凝灰岩一样,具备各种特征的结构构造。结合地层研究,说明其形成于海平面达到最低点,沉积物已露出海面造成暴露面的时候,指示潮上环境。
This paper details the attitude features of the welded breccia tuff of marine facies,points out the tuff under the bottom of the eruptive rhythm as stratiform,and that its welded intensity is of zoning property in vertical direction.The study on its fabric makes known that it is of various textures and structures as ordinary welded tuff.In accordance with the study on strata,the tuff is proved to have formed during the period when sea level was the lowest so sediment was exposed out of sea surface to take shape of its exposed surface.It indicates supratidal environment.
