摘要
简述了圆柱度误差正交最小二乘评定数学模型的建立和微机数据处理。计算结果表明所建立的数学模型具有编程简单和运行速度快等特点。
A mathematic model is developed to evaluate cylindricity error by way oforthogonal least square method. With microcomputer used and the unconstrained4-dimensional optimization introduced, the method will be able to approximatethe cylindricity error to minimum with proper accuracy. The computing resultsindicate that the model develeped is simple in programming and quick in runn-ing.
