摘要
市场经济正以不可阻挡之势渗入中国农村,造成了农村道德控制的软弱和道德作用的乏力,道德赏罚———这一在农村道德建设中未得到足够重视的道德调控手段的重要性日益凸显。只有运用经济、制度、舆论等方式加强道德赏罚,对符合道德规范的行为予以奖赏、对违背道德规范的行为予以惩罚,才能在农村营造良好的道德环境,树立起道德的权威,促进道德的内化。
The market economy is permeating the Chinese countryside by the irresistible potential, it caused the controlling of countryside morals to be weak and the function of moral lacking in strength, the moral award and punishment - - this important moral regulation method which has not been token seriously enough in the countryside moral reconstruction. The way to build up a decent moral environment in the countryside should using the method of economy, policy, public opinion strengthens to award and punishment, to conforms the moral standard will be rewarded, to violates the moral standard will be punished. It is the only way to set up the morals authority and promoting the morals into people＇s daily behaviors.
