摘要
以当前在建的温福铁路原位现浇双线简支箱梁为工程背景,主要介绍了移动模架原位制梁的工艺流程、工艺操作要点,对其优化方案进行了阐述,并指出其与现场制梁的异同之处,值得在今后同类桥梁工程施工中参考与借鉴。
Based on the project of Wen fu railway engineering, in which simply supported double-track box girder being made. This paper introduced the technological process, outline of technological operation and optimization of beam constructing by slide shuttering mainly. Similarities and differences between it and beam fabrication on site is set forth. It may be good for the same kind of bridges to consult and use for reference.
