摘要
提出2种比较适合脉冲焊外特性的组合方式,即U-I和I-I。结合双丝焊电源外特性组合方式的理论分析,系统地进行了主从机的3种典型外特性组合的工艺试验,并总结出了双丝焊电源焊接电流、电弧电压分布的一般规律,即主机电流约大于从机电流20~30A,从机电压约高于主机电压2V。通过试验,加深了对双丝焊电弧间热作用、双丝焊工艺特点以及不同外特性组合优缺点的认识。
Two kinds of external characteristic combinations suitable for pulsed MAG welding are put forward,i.e.U-I and I-I.Based on the theoretical analysis of different external characteristic combinations,the technological tests with three external characteristic combinations are carried out,and the rules of current and voltage distributions are concluded,i.e.the current of master machine is bigger than that of slave machine for about 20~30 A,the voltage of slave machine is bigger than that of master machine for about 2 V.Through the tests,the thermal effect between arcs,the technological features of twin-wire welding,the merits and shortcomings of different external characteristic combinations are further understood.
