摘要
目的：针对恶性星形细胞瘤手术后残留的肿瘤组织，用化学药物方法将其消灭和抑制生长，延长病人的生存期和改善生存质量。方法：将手术后的恶性星形细胞瘤病人施行动脉超选择灌注和静脉输液法。每日一次，２～３ｍｇ／ｋｇ。结果：１８例病人术后一年观察，未见肿瘤生长８例占４４％，不同程度复发８例占４４％，死亡２例。结论：恶性星形细胞瘤术后辅以化学药物治疗，将抑制肿瘤生长。
Objective: To observe on the effectiveness of postoperative ACNU chemotherapy for treatment of malignant astrocytomas to prolong the patients life and improve the quality of suruival. Method: 18 patients with malignant astrocytoma were treated surgically. After operation, superselective intraarterial perfusion and venous transfusion with ACNU 2～3mg/kg were given once time a day. Result: Follow up for one year, no tumor growth in 8 cases (44%), Various degree of recurrence in 8 cases (44%) and death in 2 cases. Discussion: Resection of malignant astrocytoma combining postoperative ACNU chemotherapy will inhibit tumor growth.
