摘要 笔者综述了应用于PDT的功能型光敏剂最新进展,并分析了开发功能型光敏剂所涉及的主要研究内容。功能型光敏剂可以为PDT同时提供靶向药物传输、肿瘤诊断、实时剂量检测,以及后期的疗效评估等组合功能。文中给出了理想光敏剂的基本特征,重点讨论了具有主动靶向、磁性导向、热治疗、辐射治疗、细胞凋亡表征、分子成像诊断、MRI成像诊断,以及具有多功能的光敏剂纳米粒子平台等功能型光敏剂。文章所讨论的功能型光敏剂都实现了它们预期的功能定位,并获得了令人鼓舞的前期研究结果。功能型光敏剂在PDT中具有十分明朗的应用前景,它的研发成功必将引起一场PDT技术革命,使PDT在临床医学上发挥更大的作用。 To review recent developments of functional photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy (PDT) and to provide insights on the futare direction of multifunctional photosensitizers for PDT studies. The novel functional photosensitizers for PDT were defined as the photosensitizers that have the additional function of targeted photodynamic therapy, tumor detection, dosimetry monitoring in real time and therapeutic outcome evaluation. The conceptual design and application of each recently developed functional photosensitizer were presented in detail. The PDT effect and corresponding designed functions have been demonstrated for all the functional photosensitizers discussed in this review. In particular, the promising obtained results will further expand the studies of functional photosensitizers. Multifunctional photosensitizers will be greatly beneficial in PDT applications.
