摘要 以ISFET为基础的生物传感器目前已经得到了广泛应用。综述了ISFET的优势、制造技术、工作原理及其分类;重点介绍了近年来国际上ISFET在各领域的应用;针对ISFET存在的问题,提出了一些解决方案,展望了ISFET的未来,指出它将朝着复合多功能的方向发展。 Today, ion-sensitive field effect transistor-based biosensors have been applied widely. The advantages, technology of fabrication, operational mechanism and classification of ISFET are discussed in the paper. Application of ISFET in the world in various fields in recent years is reviewed in particular. Moreover, some methods for solving these problems are given. The future of ISFET is prospected that it will develop towards multiplex and multifunction.
