摘要
党的十六大报告指出"农村剩余劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移,是工业化和现代化的必然趋势"。同时,转移农村劳动力是解决"三农"问题的根本出路之一,也是全面建设小康社会的一个战略性问题。三峡库区生态经济区代表了重庆市的"大农村",本文集中研究了库区①农村劳动力转移的经济效应与基本特征。
The Party＇s 16th Meeting Report points out that the transfer of rural surplus peasants to non--agricultural industries is the inevitable trend for modernization and industrialization. Meanwhile, the transfer of rural labor is one of basic methods to solve ＂three agricultural problems＂ and is a strategic issue for overall constructing all--round well--off society. The ecological economic zone of Three Gorges area is a representative of ＂big countryside＂ of Chongqing. This paper makes intensive research into economic effect and basic features of rural labor transfer in Three Gorges area of Chongqing.
