摘要 目的观察胃癌病人人体组分的变化情况。方法随机选择择期手术的胃癌病人50例作为研究对象,健康人31例作为对照组,采用双能源X线吸收法测定各组人体组分。结果男性胃癌病人脂肪量、瘦体量较对照组减少(t=2.079、2.132,P<0.05);女性胃癌病人脂肪量较对照组下降(t=2.318,P<0.05)。结论胃癌病人人体组分变化明显,存在明显的脂肪、瘦体丢失。 Objective To investigate the changes of body composition in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Body composition of patients with gastric cancer (n=50) and healthy adults (n=31) were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Results Compared with healthy adults, male patients showed a reduced lean body mass and fat mass (t=2. 079, 2. 132;P〈0. 05) ;and female patients showed only a reduced fat mass (t=2.318,P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with gastric cancer show significant reduction in fat mass and lean body mass.
