摘要
用电镀Cr-C的方法在氢化锆表面建立的氢渗透阻挡层,在1atm的CO2气氛中和700℃下保温72小时,阻挡层局部发生脱皮和剥落,用SEM对其表面进行观察。观察分析结果表明膜层脱落的原因是预存的物理缺陷以及碳化所致。
The hydrogen permeation barrier was created using electrodeposited chromium-carbon approach on the surface of zirconium hydride.The zirconium hydride sample with Cr-C barrier was heated at 700℃ for 72 hours in 1atm CO2.It was observed that hydrogen permeation barrier was desquamative and flaking off partly by the technique of SEM.The analysis shows that the beforehand physical defects and carbonization may be the reason for barrier's desquamation.
