大学科技园是知识经济时代大学社会职能的重要延伸,是国家创新体系的重要组成部分.研究分析了大学科技园组织特性和功能结构,大学科技园具有创新性、服务性、依托性、缓冲性的特性.大学科技园的功能具有基本功能和衍生功能两个层面,其基本功能是研发创新、企业孵化和人才孵化,其中企业孵化是核心.
University science park, an important extension of the social function of a university in the era of knowledge economy, is a significant component of national innovational system, as a new kind of social organization of the integration of industry, university and research. The science park possess some organizational characteristics such as innovation, service, dependence and buffer. University science park has both basic functions and spinning off functions. Its basic functions are the innovation of R＆D, the incubation of enterprises and the cultivation of talents, among which the incubation of enterprises is the key function.
