摘要
本文由非晶聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)经不同的处理方法,制得了一系列不同结晶度和拉伸度的样品,并用X射线衍射方法研究了它们的聚集态结构。
Poly ethylene 2,6-naphthalate (PEN) is a new kind of material. PEN films with various degrees of crystallinity were prepared by means of thermal annealing amorphous PEN films at 172℃ for different duration time. Their macromolecular structure can be explained very well by two-phase model. The X-ray diffraction spectra show that, in thermal annealing samples, crystalline region appears at once when PEN crystallizes, morphology does not change with the annealing time. In uniaxially stretched PEN films, the macromolecular structure changes gradually, the crystalline cell reforms to narrow and long one in the mazium orientation sample.
