摘要
对Ni/α-Al2O3纳米复合镀层的成分、形貌和结构进行了分析。EPMA成分及面扫描分析表明,镀液中的纳米α-Al2O3粒子确实进入了镀层,而且分布均匀;FESEM分析表明,随电流密度的增大,镀层的结晶越粗大,越类似Watts镀层;XRD分析表明,直流电源得到的镀层结构中以Ni(111)晶面结晶为主,Ni(200)、Ni(220)晶面结晶为辅,与Watts镀层类似;而双脉冲电源得到的镀层结构以Ni(200)晶面结晶为主,Ni(111)晶面结晶为辅,与Watts镀层不同。
Components, morphology and structure of the Ni/α-Al2O3 nanocomposite coatings are analyzed by EPMA, FESEM and XRD. EPMA results show that the nano-alumina particles are incorporated into the coatings and dispersed uniformly; FESEM analysis indicates that the grains of the deposits increase with cathode current density and that is similar to the Watt nickel coatings; XRD curves of the crystal plane show Ni(111) preference under direct current, which resembles Watt nickel coatings, but under pulse reverse current it shows Ni(200) preference, which is different from Watt nickel coatings.
