摘要
目的探讨酒精中毒性脑病的临床表现及影像学特征,并评价颅脑MRI检查在酒精中毒性脑病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析21例酒精中毒性脑病患者的临床及影像学资料并复习相关文献。结果酒精中毒性脑病在临床上主要表现为不同程度的精神及意识障碍,影像学上有5种表现形式,分别为胼胝体变性、韦尼克(Wernicke)脑病、广泛皮层性脑萎缩、小脑变性、脑白质脱髓鞘。结论酒精中毒性脑病在影像学上可以有5种不同的表现形式,颅脑MRI检查对酒精中毒性脑病具有较高的诊断价值,B族维生素及营养支持对治疗有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical and image,characteristics and evaluate the diagnosis value of brain MRI in encephalopathia alcoholica. Methods The clinical manifestations and images of the 21 encephalopathia alcoholica cases were analyzed retrospectively and the relative literatures were reviewed. Results Encephalopathia alcoholica may have 5 different patterns on imageology. They could be classified to callositas apomorphosis, wernicke cerebropathia, extensive cortex atrophy, cerebellar degeneration and alba myelinolysis. Conclusions Encephalopathia alcoholica may have 5 patterns in imageology. Brain MRI has a high diagnostic value in encephalopathia alcoholica.
