从实践和理论两个角度分析团队情境下个人奖励的必要性和重要性,探讨如何实现团队奖励和个人奖励之间的良好平衡,提出该领域需要进一步研究的问题。
This paper examines the paradox in compensation-rewarding individuals in team context. It analyzes the importance and necessity of individual rewards in team context both practically and theoretically, and then explores the concrete ways to balance team rewards and individual compensation; finally it presents several problems that need future research effort.
