摘要
企业技术联盟激励机制的目标就是要建立起熵减机制,实现组织效率递增,形成新的有序结构。分析了企业技术联盟绩效激励机制的组织结构,同时指出联盟绩效是激励机制的中心环节,技术资源、人力资源、文化资源和组织资源组成基础资源系统;在此基础上,竞争和协同机制、熵流控制机制两者相互作用,对联盟成员企业产生有效的精神激励和物质激励,由此形成一个良性互动的激励网络。
The goal of performance incentive mechanism in Tech-Union is to construct entropy-reduce mechanism in order to realize increasing of effective in organizations and form new sequence structure. The paper indicates the center factors of the mechanism with analyzing organization structure of performance incentive mechanism in Tech-Union cooperation's; and also describes tech-resource, human-resource, culture-resource, and organization-resource as basic resource system. On the basis of this point, competence and cooperate mechanism, entropy flow control mechanism influence each other, which make effective incentive both in sprit and in material; hence, a benign exchange mechanism will be formed.
