摘要
研究3种药用植物叶片的光合色素含量、叶表光强和叶温以及叶绿素荧光参数的日变化进程。结果表明:麻花艽的单位鲜重叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量最高,唐古特山莨菪和鸡爪大黄的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素没有显著差异。3种植物的qp的日进程与光强和叶温的日变化表明植物在1 d中都在进行过剩激发能的耗散,对光合机构起到一定的保护作用。
The contents of photosynthetic pigments and diurnal changes of light intensity of leaf epidermis,leaf temperature and chlorophyll fluorescence in the three alpine medicinal plants were measured.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids of per unit fresh weight was highest in G. straminea,however there was no significant difference between A.tanguticus and R.tanguticum.The diurnal changes of photochemical quenching efficiency(qp),light intensity and leaf temperature in the three plants indicating that excess light energy was dissipated all the day, it had some protection effect on photosynthetic structure.
