摘要
电工钢片具有复杂的非线性磁特性,是电工产品中应用最广泛的磁性材料.为了降低能耗、实现产品综合性能的优化设计,需要在电机、电器电磁场数值分析中实现对电工钢片磁特性的精确模拟.讨论了计算电磁学中电工钢片磁特性模型研究中的几个主要问题,包括磁性材料各种磁滞模型的基本思想、不同模型的优点和局限性、电工钢片磁特性测量方法的研究进展以及与磁特性模型相对应的电磁场分析方法的研究现状.
Electrical steel sheet, which is most extensively used in the manufacture of electrical devices is of complicatedly nonlinear magnetic characteristics. To reduce the power losses and fulfill the optimization design, the accurate modeling of the magnetic characteristics in the numerical analysis of electromagnetic fields in electrical machines and apparatus is desired. Several key problems in the material modeling of the electrical steel sheet such as the basic idea of various models of magnetic hysteresis, their advantages and disadvantages, the development of the measuring methods for the properties of the electrical steel sheet, and the state of the researches on the electromagnetic field analysis associated with the modeling of the magnetic properties are discussed.
