摘要
当前职业生涯规划研究和实践中明显存在“重才轻德”的情况，必须重视德育职能的开发。德育职能开发的主要内容应包括职业理想、职业道德以及就业观、创业明徵育。在开发中应遵循整合多方力量、坚持学生主体地位、注重学生的德育体验、加强针对性和时代感以及运用“德育浸润”的方式等原则。
In view of the present situation of career planning which paid more attention to skills education than to moral one, this article advocates exploiting moral-education in career planning. Then according to the current situation of college students＇ moral education, the article expounds the main content and strategies of it.
